Professional Summary
I’m Hanna, a Barcelona-based communications professional and Nonviolent Communication (NVC) practitioner, originally from Transylvania. My work focuses on two areas: content creation, digital communication, and project coordination for cultural and NGO initiatives; and sharing Nonviolent Communication through introductory training, individual empathy sessions, and mediation support.

I have worked in communications and project coordination roles across Hungary, Spain, the Netherlands, and internationally, supporting social impact projects with writing, digital content, and communication processes.

I first encountered Nonviolent Communication in 2020 and have been actively studying and practising it since 2022. My training includes mediation and facilitation courses. In my practice, I have supported CNVC-certified trainers as an assistant in NVC courses, facilitated introductory workshops in the Netherlands, Spain, and online, and offered individual empathy-based sessions since 2022.
